In the power tool category, packaging does more than contain a product—it shapes first impressions, builds trust, and simplifies the path to purchase. We partnered with Koki Holdings Group to develop a global packaging strategy and design system for the Metabo HPT and HiKOKI brands, creating a more cohesive visual language that strengthens awareness and improves conversion across retail and ecommerce. Grounded in extensive customer research, competitive analysis, and data-informed insights, the design prioritizes on-pack communication around the key purchase drivers. Developed in collaboration with teams across North America, Japan, Germany, Italy, and Australia, the result is a scalable packaging system that creates stronger shelf presence, simplifies product selection, and provides a flexible foundation for the brands' continued global growth.
