Making Brands Craveable

About

We are obsessed with accelerating brands through our rarefied ecosystem of business, data, and design.

Alongside our client partners, we are able to create and launch brands through intentional, humanized data-informed design. And we do that alongside our sister companies: Pattern, a global ecommerce accelerator and Village, a venture capital brand incubator, to go beyond just driving sales—but to build brands people crave.

We are Better Together

  • Our approach is built around a team of hybrid thinkers who combine business intelligence, data analytics, packaging, technology, and design to create new opportunities that deliver tangible results for our clients. We provide the big picture strategy, and examine each and every design detail to craft meaningful brand experiences that win.

  • By combining art, business, and engineering, the Industrial Design Team creates the products that people use every day. We define a product's form and features in collaboration with a variety of disciplines to create incredible product experiences. We design for manufacturing in mass production. We design consumer electronics, hard goods, soft goods, structural packaging, or any physical brand touchpoint. Through the process of research, brainstorming, and sketching we create 3D photo-realistic renderings to articulate a design vision for a brand's products—then we help bring it to market through manufacturing and mass-production.

  • The Branding and Visual Design team take on the task of understanding a brand’s goals and aspirations, and translating them into a stunning visual expression. Working collaboratively with the strategy team, we create the project's look and feel across brand touchpoints such as identity, print, and packaging. We push every project until we deliver an unforgettable, consumer-focused design experience people crave.

  • The Experience Design team’s primary responsibility is to advocate for the needs of the end-user. Our involvement typically begins at the inception of a program to conduct primary research—in collaboration with other disciplines—to better understand the audiences we’re working to serve and how to best meet their needs. With a better understanding of our audience(s) and problem space(s), we work to define user-centric requirements that shape our cross-functional design activities going forward. For digital and convergence products, we prototype early and often in appropriate levels of fidelity with a function-forward mindset that is paired with nuanced form creation.

  • The Program Management Team serves as the gatekeeper between the Client and the Enlisted Team as well as the touchpoint for our design programs. No matter the length of a program, the program manager serves as the constant between the different design phases and teams. Our work starts upon initiation of the program and plotting the course and timeline for the teams to track towards. Throughout the program, they help ensure deliverables are consistent and relevant to the asks by representing the Client’s voice to our internal team, focusing on delivering on time and within budget.
